This full-time position allows licensed professionals to support adolescents and young adults facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and young adults.
  • Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings to discuss case progress, collaborate with colleagues, and share best practices.
  • Document all client interactions comprehensively, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Engage with clients over telehealth platforms, employing digital tools that facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.
  • Contribute to community outreach efforts to reduce stigma around mental health and promote available services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex mental health challenges. Many clients may be experiencing the impacts of societal pressures, including academic stress, social media influences, and family dynamics. The therapeutic environment you create will allow them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies in a safe space. With a client-centered approach, you will help facilitate empowerment and sustainable healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Possession of an active state's license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
  • Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 12 hours per week required for contract positions, and 40 hours for W2 positions, including some evenings and weekends.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and technologies used in remote therapy.
  • Previous clinical experience in treating substance use disorders is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you will have access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to help maintain your licensing requirements and allow for professional growth.
