What You Will DoOwn shipment visibility and expediting for assigned critical and long-lead materials - track PO status, ship dates, delivery windows, carrier information, and risk level, and drive expediting action on anything at risk of delay.Identify delivery constraints and coordinate mitigation or recovery plans with vendors, manufacturers, freight providers, warehouses, 3PLs, and site teams to keep critical materials on schedule.Investigate shipment and receiving exceptions - delays, damage, shortages, and discrepancies - and drive them through documented closure, escalating unresolved issues that threaten construction schedule or site readiness.Reconcile bills of lading, packing slips, proofs of delivery, and receiving records to maintain accurate, audit-ready material accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Partner with Procurement to confirm PO information, delivery requirements, shipping instructions, and vendor commitments are locked in before materials are released.Maintain logistics dashboards and exception reporting for project teams and leadership, giving early visibility into upcoming deliveries, high-risk items, and unresolved vendor or carrier issues.Travel of up to 25% may be required, depending on project and site needs.What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience required, additional relevant logistics or construction experience is preferred.3+ years of experience in logistics, materials coordination, procurement operations, supply chain, or construction materials management - with direct experience resolving shipment delays, exceptions, or vendor/carrier issues, not just tracking status.Demonstrated ability to identify delivery risk early and drive it to resolution, including expediting, exception management, and cross-functional problem-solving.Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built while projects are active.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple shipments, vendors, and projects simultaneously, with strong documentation discipline across bills of lading, packing slips, and receiving records. Why Join 5C Data Centers?At 5C, we believe great people build great companies.
