This role is primarily performed in a remote setting, offering the convenience of working from home while still being deeply connected with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns along with the development of customized treatment plans. This includes taking into account individual histories, symptoms, and personal goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for clients utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to foster personal insight and coping strategies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress through regular follow-ups and adaptations of treatment strategies as needed.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may encounter logistical or physical barriers, ensuring accessibility to necessary mental health services.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical skills and stay current with the latest mental health practices.

In this role, you will engage with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients work through their personal struggles, fostering resilience, and uplifting their overall mental health.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trusting and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, characterized by a non-judgmental attitude towards the diverse experiences of clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring adherence to administrative procedures.
