OVERVIEW
SBG Technology Solutions is seeking a high-performing Program Manager to lead execution under the WEXMAC 2.0 IDIQ, a Navy-managed contract vehicle supporting expeditionary logistics, operational integration, and global contingency missions.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving leadership role responsible for full lifecycle execution of task orders in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment. The Program Manager will own program delivery, financial performance (P&L), and partner/vendor execution.
Program Manager - WEXMAC 2.0 will:
  • Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery
  • Manage program P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance
  • Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines
  • Build and manage a network of logistics and service vendor
  • Oversee delivery across logistics, transportation, supply, and base support domains
  • Serve as primary interface with partners, customers, and leadership

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of program or operations management experience
  • 5+ years managing federal IDIQ or task-order contracts
  • Experience managing program financials or P&L
  • Background in logistics or expeditionary operations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Willingness to support global operations (CENTCOM, AFRICOM as required)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA certification
  • Experience supporting NAVSUP, NAVFAC, LOGCAP, or AFCAP programs
  • Experience in rapid-response proposal environments
