Job Description: Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with demand generation and sales teams, manages marketing calendars, and helps maintain brand consistency across channels. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for client-hosted events, working closely with the demand gen lead and sales teams
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met, supporting registration page creation, giveaway shipping, and campaign creation
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and maintain marketing assets and collateral libraries
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for creative production, ensuring brand consistency across channels

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in tech or B2B
