Westlake Logistics is seeking a Freight Broker - Business Development professional to support customer growth and transportation operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Negotiate transportation rates and service solutions.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Monitor freight status and provide customer updates.
• Resolve transportation and service issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Support company growth through professional communication and service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or business development preferred.
