Stakeholder Manager and Subject Matter Expert
The Opportunity:
As a Stakeholder Manager, you will provide on-site support and data reconciliation for a Nuclear Certification Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). Work as a Stakeholder Manager, providing expertise in and technical knowledge of research, process definition, interfacing, update system handbooks, and training with the client and contractor teams supporting an Air Force client and the Nuclear Certification Analysis Tool (NCAT) Cloud based system. Work directly with the organization and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each location, and provide oversight for those locations. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, providing program training to users, as necessary, ensuring current configuration data within NCAT, and making experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership.
We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise with other Stakeholder Managers through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your skills while expanding your project management experience. You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst
  • Experience with program or IT project management
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and DevOps
  • Knowledge of Web applications
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience training technical and non-technical users on use of technical tools
  • Knowledge of DoD and DoE acquisition processes, policies and procedures
  • Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
  • Knowledge of AF Instructions and Manuals
  • Master's degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
