Join IonTuition’s Customer Service team and help make a difference for students and alumni. As an Associate, you will handle inbound and outbound calls primarily reaching out to students on behalf of our clients.

What are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities?

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries.
  • Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements.
  • Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
  • Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs.

Training Schedule: During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.

Education and Qualifications: High school or equivalent

Salary: Starting at $17.50, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time
