Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to join our expanding team. This role is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, building strong referral relationships, and guiding clients through the loan process from application to closing across the states where Lending Hand Mortgage is currently licensed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new mortgage loan business through referrals, networking, and self-sourced leads
  • Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate loan products
  • Collect, analyze, and review borrower financial documentation
  • Structure loan scenarios and present options clearly to clients
  • Guide borrowers through the application, underwriting, and closing process
  • Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral partners
  • Ensure compliance with all state-specific lending regulations where loans are originated
  • Stay current on mortgage guidelines, products, and compliance requirements

Qualifications
