Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners
  • Educate clients on loan products, terms, and the overall mortgage process
  • Take complete and accurate loan applications; manage files from pre-approval to closing
  • Review income, credit, and financial documents to ensure loan quality
  • Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an excellent borrower experience
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state lending regulations
  • Meet or exceed monthly production goals for purchase transactions

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS license required
