This role is fully remote, allowing our therapists to work from any location that suits them best. You will have complete control over your work schedule, enabling you to choose hours that fit your personal and professional commitments. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies, to clients of varying backgrounds.
• Document client sessions accurately and timely, ensuring that all records reflect the therapeutic progress and any changes in treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, utilizing feedback to adapt therapeutic approaches and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards as required by state licensing boards.
• Collaborate with community partners and educational institutions, as a significant portion of sessions will be funded through schools, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than on billing concerns.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Our clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults who seek support for a myriad of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. As a therapist at Empathy Edge, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, helping them navigate their unique mental health journeys.

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) permitting you to provide unsupervised mental health services.
• A minimum of two years' experience in clinical psychotherapy, specifically working with adult populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans, along with a strong aptitude for writing detailed session documentation.
• A clean background record without any disciplinary action from a licensing board in any state.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability.

• Prior experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.
• Experience engaging with school systems and educational settings, equipping you to navigate unique client circumstances effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively within a remote framework.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition to this robust salary:
