Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, utilizing validated tools to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that engage clients and promote therapeutic growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring cohesive treatment approaches through regular communication and strategy meetings.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and recovery processes, promoting active participation and support in treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist with Stepping Stones Consulting, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with the ability to foster rapport and motivate clients towards their recovery goals.

Preferred Experience
