These operators often work with event organizers, content creators, or companies to deliver high-quality live streams for webinars, conferences, concerts, or other live events. Proficiency with streaming software, audiovisual equipment, and real-time problem-solving are important skills for this role.

Job description

About Patriot Growth Insurance Services: Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States. Patriot is currently ranked as the 25th largest broker in the U.S. by Business Insurance and has been named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. With over 2,100 employees operating in 150+ locations in over 45 states, Patriots collaborative model delivers resources and strategic support to its agencies. Patriot creates true alignment with its partner agencies, and its operating philosophy fosters enhanced career opportunities for its dedicated and professional team. We are committed to working with like-minded individuals who share our vision of creating an insurance agency focused on operational excellence and a relentless pursuit of growth.

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and execution-focused Change Practitioner to support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving adoption, enablement, and change readiness. This role is responsible for translating the enterprise change methodology into initiative-level change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications needs, training activities, and adoption tracking. The ideal candidate is a practical change professional who can build trust quickly, manage resistance directly, and help teams adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. This position plays a key role in ensuring transformation initiatives do more than launch successfully, they are adopted, reinforced, and converted into measurable business value.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments for assigned initiatives, identifying affected stakeholders, workflow changes, adoption risks, and areas requiring additional support.
  • Translate the enterprise change approach into initiative-level change plans with clear milestones aligned to delivery timelines.
  • Identify ability, motivation, sponsorship, and reinforcement gaps that may limit adoption, and develop practical plans to address them.
  • Map stakeholders, assess influence and readiness, and keep stakeholder plans current as initiatives progress.
  • Equip leaders and sponsors with the information, tools, and prompts needed to actively support change adoption.
  • Surface resistance early, identify root causes, and work directly with stakeholders to resolve concerns and reduce adoption risk.
  • Partner with the Communications function to define messaging needs and sequence communications around key change milestones.
  • Build and deliver enablement activities, tools, and training so impacted teams are prepared to work in new ways.
  • Support go-live readiness through readiness checks, cutover support, hypercare planning, and post-launch reinforcement.
  • Define and track adoption metrics such as usage, cycle time, error rates, and process adherence to evaluate whether changes are taking hold.
  • Report readiness, adoption progress, and risks to the Chief Transformation Officer and initiative owners.
  • Develop reinforcement mechanisms that help sustain adoption and prevent teams from reverting to previous processes after go-live.
  • Operate independently across assigned initiatives while collaborating with delivery, communications, initiative owners, and functional stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering organizational change management for enterprise, operational, technology, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Proven ability to measure adoption and improve usage of new processes, systems, or ways of working after launch.
  • Strong understanding of structured change management methodologies with the ability to adapt tools and approaches to the needs of each initiative.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with executive sponsors, functional leaders, initiative teams, and front-line employees.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex, technical, or sensitive changes clearly and calmly.
  • Ability to identify resistance, understand organizational dynamics, and address adoption risks before they affect outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to report adoption progress honestly and clearly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with limited direction.
  • High ownership mindset with sound judgment, professionalism, and a practical approach to driving change adoption.

Why Patriot Growth Insurance Services: We offer the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance companies since its inception. We strive to create a flexible and collaborative environment for our employees, and our goal is to provide enhanced career opportunities for our dedicated and professional team. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive health and welfare program to employees, family members and domestic partners. Employees are eligible for benefits coverage the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We offer:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) and Commuter Transit Programs
  • Company paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Group Term Life
  • Company paid Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Paid holidays
  • Personalized PTO
  • 401(k) with employer match

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience.
