They typically reside on-site to manage landscaping, perform repairs, oversee security, and sometimes care for animals or gardens. This role often requires a broad skill set, including gardening, handyman tasks, and sometimes basic administrative duties. • The psychiatrist will use video technology to diagnose and treat patients with behavioral disorders in emergency departments and inpatient medical/surgical units across multiple hospitals in Providence Telehealthโ€™s coverage footprint,
  • There may be opportunities to diversify oneโ€™s work portfolio as the program expands to include other inpatient/outpatient settings depending on psychiatrist interest.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible Scheduling Options to accommodate personal and professional flexibility.
  • $2,027.25 per 12-hour shift with additional compensation opportunities for call pay and productivity incentives.
  • Dedicated licensing and credentialing support for multi-state practice.
  • Benefits include CME, Education Allowance, 401K, Disability, Health Benefits and Life Insurance for qualifying roles
  • Remote work technology packages provided.

Practice Infrastructure:

  • Fully Remote - Deliver care remotely with our secure, scalable telehealth platform.
  • Strong Support System:
  • Skilled telepresenters assist with video cart management and on-site coordination.
  • A dedicated 24/7 Digital Access Center (DAC) manages pre-call workflows, real-time cart placement, and escalationsโ€”dramatically reducing delays and non-clinical burden.
  • The ability to work well with a team is critical to success given that psychiatrists work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists and clinical social workers on shift.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Board Certification in Psychiatry (U.S.)
  • Licensed in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure highly desirable)
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and remote patient interactions
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience providing psychiatric consultation-liaison services to medical/surgical inpatients and emergency departments required
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience required

Why Join Us?

  • Practice meaningful, high-acuity medicine remotely!
  • Enjoy true work-life balance with a joyful, mission-driven team
  • Expand access to expert psychiatric care in both urban and underserved communities
  • Be part of a forward-thinking group that values team well-being, innovation, and clinical excellence
