• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach to each client.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients towards their mental health goals.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults presenting with a broad array of mental health issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, all seeking help to navigate their mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of one of the following licenses to practice independently is essential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a sympathetic and empathetic nature, are required for client engagement.
• Proficient computer literacy skills are necessary to effectively use our counseling platform.

While a specific number of years in the field is not mandated, previous experience in providing remote therapy solutions will be beneficial. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused approaches, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and client load.
