• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions effectively.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in high-stress situations.
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates that facilitate seamless care management.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to equip clients with coping strategies and skills for resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Mind Healing Hub, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other trauma-related challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in not only diagnosing and treating these conditions but also in empowering clients by promoting their strengths and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a high level of expertise in the field.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice legally and ethically.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is desired to ensure familiarity with typical challenges and client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches is necessary to provide effective and individualized care.
