ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed in the job level.
Responsible for providing system administration and production support for the DFS AWS Environment(s) including:
  • Perform advanced system and infrastructure work
  • Windows/Linux Administration
  • Managing system access and security
  • Performing system and software installation, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Providing technical support to team members as required
  • Ensuring the DFS AWS Environment(s) comply with the necessary State and Federal regulations

Responsible for providing Salesforce administration and production support for DFS applications hosted within that environment, to include:
  • Monitoring system development to ensure naming standards are followed
  • Performing DFS application deployments
  • Managing system access and security
  • Performing updates to applications within the Salesforce Environment
  • Assisting developers with support and development of DFS applications within Salesforce
  • Accomplish required documentation for change control, system functionality, metrics, time-keeping, and any additional areas that are specified by the agency
  • Foster collaboration with other team members and with members of other ETS teams

Qualifications
PREFERENCES:
Knowledge and experience with AWS services such as VPC, AppStream, EC2 and CloudWatch
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Administration
Knowledge and experience with MuleSoft Administration
Knowledge and experience supporting SDLC
Knowledge and experience supporting Windows and Linux servers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Computer Technology)
Experience:
0-3 years of progressive work experience in Systems and Infrastructure with acquired knowledge at the level of a CT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist II
OR
Education & Experience Substitution:
4-6 years of progressive work experience in Systems and Infrastructure with acquired knowledge at the level of a CT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist II
