Must have expertise in implementation, troubleshooting & administration of PRTG monitoring tool (Paessler AG)
Should know the tools features
Must have Proficient in PowerShell or Python Experience making API calls and processing returned payload a requirement Experience developing Web Services a plus Security/Crypto/OS: Good understanding how to safeguard access and communications using modern security protocols Linux and Windows Experience a must
Should be able to create and manipulate scripts to interact with a variety of third-party security tools
Should be able to write technical documentation for tasks performed
Should be able to interact with SMEs to ensure internal standard for Alerting and Monitoring is met
Network experience is a big plus
Should have some basic ideas of networking for implementation and support perspective.
