• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Implement and administer evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused therapies, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing staff, and addiction specialists, to create and execute cohesive care plans.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health and substance use issues, facilitating better understanding and recovery strategies.
• Continuously engage in professional development through ongoing training and staying current with the latest research in mental health and addiction treatment.

This position will focus on a diverse patient population struggling with mental health and addiction issues. You will work with individuals navigating the complexities of recovery in various stages, from initial detoxification to long-term stability. A strong focus will be placed on providing compassionate care while fostering resilience and empowerment in our clients as they work towards recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and best practices in mental health and addiction recovery.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings, with a focus on individual and group therapy.
• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation center is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous for efficient documentation and communication.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
