• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, current challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to encourage healing and personal development.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions while tracking client progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and client-centered care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and progress in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
