As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Woodcrest Wellness Oasis, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records in our electronic health record system.
• Administer clinical assessments regularly to measure patient outcomes and inform care adjustments.
• Engage in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care, supporting the diverse needs of our clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and implement recreational activities tailored to enhance therapeutic engagement.
• Utilize coaching methodologies and natural environment teaching strategies to empower clients in their wellness journey.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals across different age groups and backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health issues. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current LPCC licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of prior experience working in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Knowledge and familiarity with electronic health records systems to maintain efficient workflow.
