• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments to formulate individual treatment plans for clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored care.
• Monitor treatment outcomes collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team, striving for consistent improvement in client health.
• Engage effectively with families to support children's mental health and facilitate positive developmental outcomes.
• Administer standardized evaluations and assessments, documenting findings accurately while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality.
• Establish rapport with clients and their families, creating a warm and inviting therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans with families using evidence-based practices, incorporating the Natural Learning Environment Practices approach.
• Educate families on effective strategies and provide skill-building resources to enhance their child's emotional and psychological development.
• Implement coaching models and leverage natural environment teaching techniques to optimize therapeutic interventions.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often present with a range of emotional and behavioral issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse problems. Your work will help to guide them through understanding and managing their mental health, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and adjustment in life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.
• Possession of either Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in progress.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases effectively.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing billing hours, documentation, and meeting compliance standards.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, including prior roles focused on therapeutic interventions for children and families.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatments and therapeutic modalities tailored for diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
