Job description
We are seeking a Zuora Systems Administrator / Consultant to support a live Zuora Cloud subscription billing environment. This role will focus on hands-on Zuora administration, configuration support, billing and revenue operations, change control, reporting, user access, and cross-functional support for Finance and Financial Systems teams.
The ideal candidate has practical Zuora UI experience, general billing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical and configuration-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Zuora Cloud subscription billing platform across Billing, Payment and Revenue Management, and Admin/User Management.
Manage and support Zuora product catalog items, custom fields, events and notifications, reporting, and Revenue / RevPro configuration.
Review and potentially develop change-control documents.
Implement changes in sandbox environments and potentially Production.
Implement changes across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenants.
Add and update custom fields.
Add and update product catalog items.
Release updated invoice and credit memo templates to other environments.
Deploy workflows to Production.
Release Revenue configuration to other environments.
Process user access requests.
Support security requests related to roles and OneID.
Support audit requests.
Collaborate with Zuora Admin, Financial Systems Product, and Engineering teams.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of relevant experience in a mid-level systems administration, billing systems, or financial systems support role.
Familiarity with the Zuora UI.
