What You'll Do:
  • Actively participate and collaborate on the design, building, testing, and deployment of technology solutions and designs with the assigned Agile teams.
  • Collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding solution designs.
  • Assist domain decision-making by working with domain subject matter experts to articulate the value and tradeoffs of the solution options.
  • Participate in the creation of enterprise architecture standards and evaluate the quality and compliance of delivered solutions to ensure alignment with those standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives in Agile team ceremonies.
  • Produce, enhance, and refine conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives that align with Enterprise Architecture principles and vision.
  • Contribute to the research and identification of potential impacts of existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends within a domain.
  • Participate in governance activities as needed.
  • Objectively contribute to the evaluation and resolution of domain-specific architecture problems in partnership with domain subject matter experts.
  • Assist other enterprise and solution architects to manage and design architecture for dependent products.
  • Harness existing technology resources through collaboration to benefit solutioning efforts.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.
  • Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
  • Maintain the client's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • SA - Mythos Foundation (x2) Acts as the solution architecture extension of the EA - Mythos Foundation, translating enterprise conceptual, logical, and high-level physical designs into detailed physical designs for the Mythos AI platform.
  • Guides and supports engineering teams in realizing core AI platform components, including model integration, access controls, APIs, and embedded AI capabilities within business applications, ensuring alignment with EA-defined platform patterns, guardrails, telemetry, and governance frameworks.
  • Provides hands-on architecture guidance for AI platform capabilities, including:
  • Model access and lifecycle integration (including SLM execution patterns)
  • Telemetry and observability instrumentation for model usage, performance, and risk signals
  • Guardrail enforcement (policy controls, data protection, safe usage constraints)
  • Integration patterns for embedding AI into enterprise applications.
  • Translates model selection frameworks and decision trees into actionable design guidance, ensuring models are applied in a fit-for-purpose manner aligned with cost, performance, and risk objectives defined by EA.
  • Partners closely with engineering teams throughout the SDLC-from initiation to production, providing design oversight, supporting implementation decisions, and ensuring adherence to architecture standards, scalability, security, and operational readiness.
  • Applies and promotes secure engineering and reliability practices, including threat modeling, vulnerability mitigation, and alignment with observability and SRE capabilities.
  • Collaborates with EA, platform engineering, and SRE teams to ensure consistent adoption of enterprise AI platform standards, while feeding implementation insights back into architecture pattern evolution.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience with multiple programming languages
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in software or service engineering and delivery
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in Service Reliability Engineering
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
