As a remote position, this job allows you to work in an environment that suits your personal preferences while preserving a professional atmosphere. Clinicians will interact with clients through a secure, HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform that enables a seamless delivery of counseling services. Our organization utilizes a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with insurance standards, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Deliver comprehensive mental health counseling services to a diverse client base during scheduled telehealth sessions.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at resolving mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to develop personalized treatment programs that foster symptom relief and empower client self-management.
• Utilize our EHR system to document sessions accurately and maintain detailed client records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients’ needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and client safety while fostering a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and dual diagnosis issues. Our patient population consists of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who require empathetic and professional guidance through their mental health journeys.

• A completed Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and skill in therapeutic practices.
• Strong aptitude for working independently within a remote setting, with a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and a webcam for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client requests.
• Completion of a background check as part of the hiring process.

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth counseling methodologies are beneficial. A strong foundation in utilizing EHR systems and previous achievements in contributing to positive client outcomes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with education, experience, and specialization.
