Job Title: End User Support Technician

Location: Two Harbors, MN (onsite 5 days per week)

Compensation: $30/per hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Job Description:

We are seeking an End User Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across a manufacturing environment. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while supporting end users and ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple systems and facilities.

Qualifications:

·        2–5 years of desktop/end user support experience

·        Strong customer-facing and communication skills

·        Experience supporting Microsoft/O365, PCs, and general desktop environments

·        Ability to manage client expectations and work with vendors

·        Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

·        Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide onsite and remote technical support (hardware, software, network)

·        Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment

·        Support network infrastructure including cabling, switches, and connectivity

·        Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues

·        Maintain documentation, ticketing updates, and system records

·        Support plant systems including barcode scanners, VoIP phones, and wireless networks

·        Train end users and provide general IT guidance
