Job description

Deskside Support Technician

Location: 2323 S. Vista, Suite 100, Boise, Idaho 83705 Conversion rate $22-24 per hour. Looking for a strong deskside 2 or 3 type tech with excellent troubleshooting skills. 3-5 years or more of support experience at DT2 or above. Self-driven with little supervision. Will work in a site as the only tech but with a team of 40 others across the US. Required to work with local staff and support a large remote customer base. Typical โ€“ Monday to Friday 8-5 (with 30/60 minute lunch). May be required on occasion to come in after hours for work that cannot be performed during the day. Atypical โ€“ depending on future requirements, OT is always possible โ€“ but only when approved in advance. Candidate will be on 24/7 on-call (rare occasion do we get a call, but we are "on call"). Paid. 2+ years of deskside support in a corporate or remote environment preferred. 3-5+ years of deskside support overall. Top 2 required skills that candidates must have:
