Job description

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)

Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2). Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
Experience with AWS (would be nice), intermediate Linux, Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022, Bash/other scripting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required
