Position Summary:                                                                                                                 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Administrator with 3+ years of experience. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in AWS cloud administration, Linux and Windows server management, automation, and enterprise infrastructure support. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud and on-premises infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC services
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and on-premises environments to ensure system reliability and performance
• Manage Linux and Windows Server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Deploy and maintain Windows desktop operating systems, including imaging, software deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Support enterprise problem management and operational processes to maintain service availability and stability
• Implement security best practices across cloud and infrastructure environments, including access controls, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation
• Automate system administration tasks and infrastructure deployments using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, GitHub Actions, Bash, or Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
• Manage networking configurations and connectivity, including troubleshooting network-related issues in cloud and hybrid environments
• Assist with infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization, proactively addressing potential issues
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, and technical solutions

Minimum qualification:                                                                                                                       
Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS environments, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
• 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server infrastructure, including installation,
configuration, patch management, and system maintenance
• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows desktop environments, including imaging,
deployment, and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and security protocols
• Experience with cloud security principles and infrastructure security best practices
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or GitHub Actions
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting incident management, problem management, and operational support activities
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Experience working within large enterprise or cloud-focused environments
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or Cloud  Practitioner) preferred
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
