The chosen LCSW will work in a fully remote setting, making use of digital tools and communication platforms to deliver services to clients. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients experiencing mental health challenges.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to ensure clients receive appropriate and timely interventions.
• Develop integrated care plans in collaboration with clients and coordinate with family members and external service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and develop collaborative treatment strategies.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts when necessary, utilizing evidence-based approaches to de-escalate situations.
• Provide on-call support to clients, ensuring they feel supported and attended to during crisis situations.
• Monitor client progress and conduct periodic reviews to adjust treatment plans as required.

This position specifically targets a diverse student population facing challenges associated with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential. We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to social justice and advocacy in mental health, demonstrating a passion for working with underserved populations.

A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting—preferably with children and adolescents—is required. Experience in educational environments or familiarity with school-based mental health services will be considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
