These openings became available as agents from our previous training cycle progressed from closely mentored producers into more independent consultants. Now we're looking for the next five. This isn't designed for someone looking to simply attach their license to another agency and hope something changes. It's designed for the agent who knows: "I have the license. I just haven't been taught how to maximize it yet."From Training Wheels to Independence For your first few months, Victor works closely with you to help you understand the sales process from beginning to end. Think of it like learning to ride a bike. At first, you have training wheels. You're learning the process, developing your communication, understanding the psychology behind the conversation, observing what works, correcting what doesn't, and developing confidence through repetition. But the objective isn't to keep you dependent on your mentor. The objective is to take the training wheels off. We want to develop agents who can eventually sit down with a prospect, control the conversation professionally, identify the client's real concerns, explain solutions clearly, overcome objections, ask for the business, and close—with confidence.We Don't Just Teach Products. We Develop Communicators. A life insurance professional can memorize every product illustration in the world and still struggle if they don't know how to communicate. You must be willing to invest in your own career. Our agency has access to a lead source available exclusively through our organization, and selected agents must be prepared to purchase and consistently work their own leads. Compensation: $100,000Responsibilities: This is a hands-on mentorship and production environment. If selected for one of our five positions, you're not simply joining an agency—you are committing to a development process. We will invest our time, experience, systems, and mentorship into you. In return, we expect you to show up and take your development seriously.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Show up to every scheduled team call, training, and coaching session. Consistency is one of our biggest expectations. If our team is investing time into your development, we expect you to be present, on time, prepared, and engaged. Come ready to learn—not just listen. Take notes, ask intelligent questions, participate in role-play, and immediately implement what you're being taught. Actively work your leads. You will be expected to consistently contact, follow up with, and properly manage the prospects you purchase through our lead system. Follow the sales process before trying to reinvent it. We've developed a system based on real production experience. Master the fundamentals first; develop your individual style as your skill level increases. Participate in role-play and sales practice. Closing is a skill. Objection handling is a skill. Tonality is a skill. Discovery is a skill. Skills improve through repetition—not simply by watching training videos. Be willing to have your calls reviewed and coached. We expect you to be open to constructive feedback on your communication, questioning, presentation, objection handling, and closing. Follow up relentlessly—but professionally. Many sales are not made during the first conversation. You'll learn how to follow up with prospects confidently without becoming desperate, aggressive, or annoying. Maintain accurate records of your prospects and appointments. Treat your pipeline like a business. Know who you've contacted, who needs follow-up, who's scheduled, and where every opportunity stands. Protect your calendar. When an appointment is scheduled—with a client, mentor, or team member—treat that time as a professional commitment. Communicate. If you're struggling, tell us. If you don't understand something, ask. If something isn't working, bring it to coaching. We can help solve problems we know about. Be coachable. You don't have to know everything. In fact, that's why mentorship exists. But you must be willing to receive feedback, make adjustments, and try again. Take ownership of your results. Your mentor can teach you, coach you, role-play with you, correct you, and help you improve—but nobody can make the calls or do the work for you. Maintain professional and ethical standards. Client needs come first. Recommendations must be suitable, compliant, accurately represented, and handled with integrity. Commit to personal development. We expect you to continuously improve your communication, discipline, confidence, emotional control, professionalism, and overall presentation. Progress toward independence. Our goal isn't for you to need Victor on every call forever. It's for you to eventually become the person who can confidently run the appointment, handle the objection, close the business, and mentor someone else.The Standard Is Simple: Be where you're supposed to be. Do what you said you would do. Practice what you're being taught. And don't disappear when things get uncomfortable. We're not expecting perfection. We're expecting effort, consistency, communication, coachability, and execution.
