• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting relationship with patients, creating a safe space for them to discuss their concerns.
• Diagnose and assess mental health conditions in clients, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs that address the unique needs of each patient, adjusting approaches as necessary based on feedback and progress.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective communication and healing.
• Regularly consult with clients to provide ongoing counseling and modify treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
• Evaluate patient progress through continuous assessments, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance their therapeutic journey.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to counsel couples, families, and individuals from various backgrounds, enhancing your experience and cultural competency. Additionally, you will address matters related to addiction, offering specialized support to those grappling with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with other professionals.
• Understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to effectively help clients achieve their personal goals.

• Experience in addiction counseling, including knowledge of treatment modalities for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proficient in using digital tools for teletherapy sessions, record-keeping, and communication with clients and colleagues.
• Background in working with diverse populations, enhancing adaptability and responsiveness to various client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
