Remote Outbound Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

No insurance or sales background? No problem. Mike Nichols State Farm is hiring a fully remote Outbound Sales Representative and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework

Qualifications

  • An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
  • Must be able to keep Illinois (Central Time) working hours
  • Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
  • A positive teammate who takes coaching well
