This position is fully remote, facilitating flexible work-life balance while empowering you to perform your therapeutic functions effectively. You will be working with state-of-the-art telehealth platforms, enabling you to connect with clients through video conferencing. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to develop comprehensive understanding and treatment plans for each client.
• Provide essential social work services to both patients and their families, offering guidance and support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated care and address multifaceted patient concerns effectively.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain detailed patient treatment plans, incorporating feedback and new insights throughout the therapy process.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including client records and progress reports, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and the organization.

You will primarily work with clients facing chronic mental health challenges that require ongoing support and intervention. Our patient population includes those dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and the emotional toll of chronic physical health conditions. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and improving their quality of life through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited educational institution is mandatory.
• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) within the state of California.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in providing counseling services, with a demonstrable track record of effective patient care.
• Exceptional operational skills, including responsiveness and adaptability in a digital setting.
• A strong familiarity with new technology tools applicable to telehealth practices, alongside an ability to provide constructive feedback to drive innovation.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals from various disciplines, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.
