As part of our telehealth services, you will conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to engage with clients effectively. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of clients and devise personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide individual, couple, and family sessions aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that cultivate community and address common mental health issues in a safe and supportive environment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to develop and implement coordinated holistic care strategies.
• Provide essential crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community support resources to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure continuous improvement in therapy practices and patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices, which will inform your approach to patient care and enhance service delivery.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, who present various mental health challenges. Our patients come from different backgrounds, each with unique stories and needs, making your approach to individual therapy and support critical in promoting effective outcomes.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of Georgia, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proficient knowledge of mental health diagnosis, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong experience conducting mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Demonstrated capability to provide therapeutic services to a wide array of populations, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain sound professional judgment, confidentiality, and ethical standards in practice.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records and adeptness with relevant technology and platforms.
• A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to engage actively in multidisciplinary approaches to client care.

• Previous experience conducting teletherapy or remote counseling sessions is preferred.
• Background in crisis management and intervention techniques.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) would be advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
