With the backing of the University of Farmers® and a dedicated development team, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to grow into a successful agency owner.

      Responsibilities

      • Help Birmingham, AL, families and business owners secure the right coverage.
      • Learn the full suite of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.
      • Attend district-led training and mentorship sessions in Oxford.
      • Engage in community outreach across the region.
      • Provide customer service and policy support to clients.

      Requirements

      • Must be able to obtain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).
