Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviewing techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, using evidence-based practices and ongoing assessments to measure effectiveness.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, drawing from a repertoire of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with various scheduling needs, through virtual platforms secure and user-friendly.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing techniques that prioritize client safety and coping strategies during acute emotional distress.
• Engage consistently in professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of industry advancements and mental health best practices.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate efficiently with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that conveys understanding and a non-judgmental stance toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills, essential for managing caseloads and associated administrative tasks efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record with your respective licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing virtual therapy and fluency with telehealth technologies are highly desirable in our increasingly digital-focused service delivery model.
• Specialization or additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those targeting adult populations, will be considered an asset.
