• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs, ensuring accurate intake documentation and compliance with state regulations.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ specific needs, ensuring personalized care and goal-oriented strategies.
• Identify and implement psychological interventions that assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, enhancing their coping skills and resilience.
• Provide individual and family counseling, focusing on the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Engage in vocational counseling, offering support and guidance for clients as they navigate employment-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with community resources and referral networks to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.
• Respond to crises with timely interventions and maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Deliver remote support via phone consultations when necessary, providing essential advice and check-ins for clients and their families.
• Maintain an active California LCSW licensure and stay current with regulatory and professional standards.
• Facilitate communication and feedback loops with the treatment team regarding client presentations, progress, and necessary adjustments in care plans.

This role primarily engages with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and adjustment issues. Your work will support clients in overcoming personal barriers and achieving better mental health through empathetic counseling.

• Must possess a valid California LCSW license eligible for practice.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to apply therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are essential for client engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills will enhance your ability to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those that are evidence-based, will be an asset.
• Experience with crisis intervention management and documentation.

The compensation package for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
