The organization develops a modern Loan Origination System that helps mortgage lenders streamline the home loan process through AI-powered document management, automated task lists, configurable business rules, and workflow automation. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced engineer with expertise in React, TypeScript, Figma, and modern frontend technologies who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves operating at the intersection of engineering and design. The team is looking for a Design Engineer who is obsessed with the fine details of user experience, visual polish, accessibility, and frontend craftsmanship. You'll own projects from wireframes to production, influence product direction, build scalable design systems, and partner closely with product and engineering teams to simplify complex workflows. Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience in a Design Engineer, Frontend Engineer, or Full Stack Engineer role shipping production code
· Minimum 5 years operating at a Senior Engineer level
· Production-level experience with React and TypeScript
· Deep proficiency with Figma, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout
· Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
· Strong frontend engineering background with exceptional design sensibilities
· Experience building accessible applications with ARIA, keyboard navigation, and focus management
· Experience within a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS company with complex, data-dense user interfaces OR a high-growth consumer product environment
