• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish collaborative treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize our advanced teletherapy platform to provide counseling sessions, allowing you to help clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges effectively.
• Engage in minimal paperwork post-session, as our platform automates documentation, enabling you to concentrate on what truly matters—therapeutic engagement with clients.
• Maintain a case load by your design, choosing to work flexibly as few as 5 hours or building to 40+ hours per week based on your availability and preferences.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and access a library of thousands of therapy tools to enrich your practice.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team to facilitate client onboarding and engagement, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Our platform serves a diverse clientele with a focus on individuals seeking outpatient counseling for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Clients are pre-screened, ensuring that you work with stable, low-acuity cases that are appropriate for outpatient therapy. You have the flexibility to set demographic preferences and work with the populations that align best with your expertise.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing client caseloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trustful therapeutic relationship with clients and collaboration with support staff.
• A dedicated workspace ensuring client confidentiality in line with privacy policies.

• Experience managing your own caseload and utilizing teletherapy technologies.
• Multi-state licensure or certifications are a plus, enhancing the diversity of service offerings.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
