This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Tennessee. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a flexible schedule by creating your own hours, with opportunities to work part-time (5 hours per week) or build a full caseload of up to 40+ hours weekly.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art digital platform to streamline the therapeutic process, focusing on client support rather than paperwork.
• Engage in comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and establish treatment goals.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance client care and referral processes.

Your work will involve supporting clients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. We prioritize serving stable, low acuity clients who are in need of compassionate care. Utilizing our extensive resources, you will set your own client demographics based on your experience and comfort levels, ensuring that your counseling practice reflects your skills and interests.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A dedicated, private space to conduct therapy sessions that adheres to established confidentiality standards.

• Experience managing an independent caseload, enabling you to tailor your approach to individual client needs accurately.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or virtual counseling technologies.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a valuable asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, reflective of your experience and commitment to mental health excellence. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
