Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to clients using our secure, user-friendly teletherapy platform.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
- Utilize provided documentation tools to streamline the process, ensuring minimal paperwork following sessions.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and collaborate with other professionals.
- Create a safe and confidential environment to encourage client openness and honesty during sessions.
You will primarily work with clients who are stable and low acuity, allowing you to focus on delivering effective interventions without the pressure of high-risk cases. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will enable you to address diverse challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families, enhancing their emotional and relational well-being.
Qualifications- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Valid and unrestricted LMFT license in Texas, with no disciplinary actions.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload effectively.
- A fully equipped and private space designated for therapy sessions, adhering to privacy regulations.
- Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.

- Dual or multi-state licensure is a significant plus.
