Manhattan Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time position. Our community health clinic setting means you will engage with a diverse client base and work closely with other healthcare professionals through virtual meetings and consultations, cultivating a collaborative approach to care.

• You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• As a full-time clinician, you are expected to maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health support.
• Documentation is a critical part of the role; you will prepare, submit, and monitor progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments according to our guidelines.
• Utilizing creative interventions, you will empower clients to set and exceed personal goals, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Coordination with case managers, families, and other healthcare providers is essential, allowing you to provide holistic care and support to our clients.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings and continuing education sessions is vital for your professional growth and to foster a collaborative team culture.
• You are encouraged to bring your creative ideas and insights to team discussions, contributing to program development and enhancement of services.

Your role will focus on children, adolescents, and families from a range of backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. • A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current, valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Experience in clinical documentation is essential, with proficiency in creating assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interactions with clients and team members.
• You are required to demonstrate and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients to create a safe therapeutic space.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred; you should be comfortable and competent in addressing the unique needs of various communities.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems, particularly Valant, will be beneficial in your day-to-day tasks.
• All candidates must be able to clear a background check prior to employment.

• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, given the remote setting of this position.
• Prior involvement in team-based care models or community health initiatives would be advantageous.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
