Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • As a full-time clinician, you are expected to maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health support.
  • Documentation is a critical part of the role; you will prepare, submit, and monitor progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments according to our guidelines.
  • Utilizing creative interventions, you will empower clients to set and exceed personal goals, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
  • Coordination with case managers, families, and other healthcare providers is essential, allowing you to provide holistic care and support to our clients.
  • Participation in clinical staff meetings and continuing education sessions is vital for your professional growth and to foster a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
