• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and treat clients effectively.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, while consistently reviewing and adapting these plans to ensure efficacy.
• Engage in regular documentation using our platform which significantly lowers paperwork requirements; you only need to complete essential client notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards pertinent to telehealth practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic tools available through our extensive library to enhance session quality and outcomes.
• Manage your caseload effectively, balancing the number of clients while addressing each individual's treatment goals.

You will be focusing on a diverse population of clients across California, providing services primarily to individuals experiencing low acuity issues. With our robust screening processes, you will engage with clients who are stable and prepared to work collaboratively toward their mental wellness, ensuring you can leverage your therapy skills fully.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a current and valid California LCSW license.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and engaging in virtual therapy settings.
• A dedicated workspace compliant with privacy regulations essential for conducting therapy.

• Experience managing your own caseload independently, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and tools to enhance client engagement.
• Applicants with dual or multi-state certifications are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a significant sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon the completion of your first two weeks and your first client session, we also provide:
