• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services, helping patients navigational challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive therapy groups and workshops, focusing on skills development, coping strategies, and emotional wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other medical providers, administrative support staff, and community organizations, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Engage in outreach and education initiatives that promote mental health awareness and prevention within the community.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records, in compliance with all ethical and legal requirements, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Our center serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and age backgrounds. You will work closely with patients who experience a wide range of mental health challenges, which may include severe and persistent mental illnesses, adjustment disorders, and crises related to life transitions. Your ability to connect, empathize, and understand these unique challenges will directly influence patient outcomes and foster a sense of safety and trust.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in understanding the complex mental health needs faced by hospital and clinic patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effectively engaging with patients and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic models, particularly those suited to outpatient and community health environments.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies, benefiting your transition into a remote work setting.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
