Lifeline Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows mental health professionals to effectively engage with clients through our telehealth platform. While you will be primarily working from home, Lifeline Therapy Clinic emphasizes collaboration and connection among team members via virtual meetings and regular check-ins. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' histories, experiences, and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique context.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns and foster personal growth.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care to patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, including crisis hotline support and immediate therapeutic assistance during mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them with knowledge on available treatment options and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to share insights and strategies for improved patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing cultural competency training to enhance therapeutic practices and ensure inclusivity in all interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.
  • In-depth understanding of various mental health disorders and a strong grasp of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Proven ability to deliver culturally responsive therapy both individually and in groups, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity.
  • Excellent crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with a diverse patient population.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in managing patient documentation.
  • A firm commitment to professional ethical standards, confidentiality, and maintaining healthy boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
  • Experience in providing therapy in a telehealth setting.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support networks for diverse populations.
  • Interest in specialization areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or adolescent therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
