Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate clients through comprehensive examinations to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies in a variety of settings, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, among others.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance comprehensive care for clients, leveraging the diverse expertise available within our organization.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Engage in continual professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals seeking help with anxiety and depression to families dealing with trauma and substance misuse issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
  • An active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
  • At least two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or community setting is needed to effectively address the needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 โ€“ 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
