Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist to support legal data workflows across the full eDiscovery lifecycle. This role works closely with legal, compliance, and investigations teams to manage, analyze, and prepare data for internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters. The role focuses on hands‑on work in Relativity and Microsoft Purview, with an emphasis on data processing, analytics, and review readiness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support legal holds and preservation workflows across Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems
  • Assist with internal investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters by identifying, collecting, and preparing data
  • Process and manipulate large datasets for eDiscovery, including filtering, deduplication, and data normalization
  • Perform search term analysis and inclusive data segregation
  • Support analytics workflows, including content grouping, clustering, and review prioritization
  • Prepare data for attorney review, including workspace setup, batching, and reporting
  • Support document review and production workflows, ensuring defensible and repeatable processes
  • Generate metrics and reporting related to data volumes, processing results, and review status
  • Collaborate with legal, IT, and compliance stakeholders to refine data strategies and workflows
