  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes within Clio
  • Provide general legal administrative support based on attorney needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and other legal professionals
About You

  • Strong understanding of law firm processes and legal terminology
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and improving existing processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Windows-based computer preferred
  • Availability and responsiveness within one hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid sick time and employee discounts
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • 6-month pay review with potential hourly increase based on performance
  • Reimbursement of certain expenses
  • Professional development and advancement opportunities
