• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients, identifying their psychological, social, and environmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that incorporate solution-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or motivational interviewing.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care.
• Engage in educational outreach, providing resources and support to patients and their families.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in mental health to enhance treatment efficacy.

As an LCSW or LSCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. You will provide both individual and family therapy, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role is crucial in helping patients improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting working with diverse populations.
• Experience using electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
• A background in community mental health initiatives or outpatient care is highly preferred.
